Will respond to employee violations of policies and assist to resolve conflict in the workplace. The Employee Relations Specialist will also assist in communicating changes regarding company policies, goals and/or initiatives. This involves receiving and effectively handling employee complaints and escalating these complaints to the appropriate level. The Employee Relations Specialists will provide support relating to all aspects of employee relations.
